Extraordinary general meetings of shareholders of SDPP-24 OJSC, KiSDPP OJSC, KSDPP-2 OJSC, Novocherkassk SDPP OJSC, Ryazan SDPP OJSC, Cherepovetsk SDPP OJSC are held to decide on the matter of reorganizationin the form of consolidation with WGC-6 OJSC.

An additional issuance of shares in WGC-6 OJSC for the purpose of exchanging them for shares in SDPP-24 OJSC and Cherepovetsk SDPP OJSC is registered with the Federal Service for the Financial Markets.

Additional shares in WGC-6 OJSC are placed by exchanging them for shares in May SDPP-24 OJSC and Cherepovetsk SDPP OJSC. Shareholders of WGC-6 OJSC and consolidated companies are notified about the reorganization and satisfaction of their requirements concerning early fulfillment of obligations.

June	A joint General Shareholders Meeting of WGC-6 OJSC and consolidated companies is held to decide on the matter of adding an amendment to the charter of WGC-6 OJSC concerning legal succession.

July - August

The issuance of additional shares in WGC-6 OJSC to allow the shares in the consolidated companies to be converted into them is registered with the Federal Service for the Financial Markets. Shares in WGC-6 OJSC are listed in the Russian Trading System and Moscow Central Stock Exchange.

October

Reorganization is completed and shares in the consolidated companies are converted into shares in WGC-6 OJSC.
