JSC “OGK-6” on October 22, 2009 makes the fifth coupon payment

JSC “OGK-6” on October 22, 2009 makes the fifth coupon payment on its series 01 bonds. The bonds carry a 7.55% coupon rate amounting to 37.65 rubles per bond. The fourth coupon payment totaled 108,211,222 rubles.

The series 01 bonds were placed on MICEX in April, 2007 with the total issue volume of 5,000 million rubles. The reorganization of the company has caused the company to offer a buy-out right to the bond holders. As a result, the company bought back 2,125,864 bonds at their par value on April 9, 2008. These bonds are not redeemed and can be put into circulation given the favorable market condition.
