Since the company was established, 100 percent of its shares have belonged to RAO UES of Russia. The shares in the company belonging to RAO UES of Russia are accounted for in the account of the nominal holder – Depositary and Corporate Technologies Limited Liability Company (DCT Ltd.).
The company does not have any ownership shares on its balance sheet.
