General Shareholders Meeting
The General Shareholders’ Meeting is the supreme administrative authority. The General Shareholders’ Meeting provides shareholders with the opportunity to exercise their right to participate in management of the Company by making decisions on the most important questions of the Company’s activities within the competence of the General Shareholders’ Meeting.
The Board of Directors, executive bodies, and the Audit Committee are accountable to the General Shareholders’ Meeting. The competence of the General Shareholders’ Meeting and the timelines and procedure for preparation and holding and forms of holding thereof are defined in the Federal Law "On Joint-Stock Companies”, in the Articles of Association, and in the Provision Concerning the Procedure for Preparation and Holding of the General Shareholders’ Meeting of JSC “OGK-6”.
