On 04.27.2007, bonds were accepted for trade at MICEX in the list of non-listed stock. The MICEX trading system code of the bonds is RU000A0JP6X0. On May 31, 2007, the Federal Financial Market Service registered a Report on the result of the securities issue (series 01 bonds). On November 15, 2007, JSC “OGK-6” series 01 bonds were included in quotation list "B" of ZAO FB MICEX. In 2009 543 trades were executed with JSC “OGK-6” 01 series bonds on JSC MICEX Stock Exchange in the main trading mode, the volume of bond trades constituted 4,077 million rubles. The yield decrease during 2009 was primarily caused by an increase in liquidity due to recovering from the global financial recession.
On April 29, 2010 JSC “OGK-6” successfully met its obligation to purchase 1,341,586 bonds at the price of 1000 RUR each (or 100%) brought by the bondholders in accordance with the terms of the offer.
